  Poor poor customer service. Arrived for my appointment after driving for 1 hour to reach salon, to be told stylist gone home sick (this is not the issue, I fully appreciate people are taken poorly). They said they had emailed me.... why didn't someone PHONE me?? I'm sorry, but I do not check my emails every 5 minutes, especially when I'm in the car driving to my appointment! I do not understand why no one used a phone to call me?? I am absolutely fuming and appalled, and will be sure to tell everyone not to use your service! Two hours wasted along with fuel to get to the salon. If someone had used a PHONE, I would have got the message in time! Awful!
  
  I would also like to point out that the salon had my mobile number - given verbally when the appointment was booked and also on emails sent to salon with pics of styles I was asked to send in. This salon clearly does not keep their client records up to date!

  Recently needed a last minute hair appointment and was recommended Kev, love the late night opening and welcoming feel of the place. Kev has done a fantastic job with my colour and I now don't think I'll let anyone else touch it. Thank you for fitting me in, really looking forward to my next cut. Excellent cup of coffee too.
